Account and data deletion

Delete your account in ProTips

In the ProTips app, open Profile settings and select Delete Account. You can also open the same deletion screen from the bottom of the Membership page.

Request support

If you cannot delete your account in the app, request deletion by email. Do not send a password or access token.

Before deletion

• Your account becomes unavailable immediately and ordinary data is deleted within 7 days.
• Data held by service providers is processed within 30 days.
• You cannot sign up again with the same Google or Apple account for 100 days.
• Information required by law may be retained separately for the required period.
• Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

If you signed in with Apple

After deletion, check the ProTips connection in your Apple Account and follow Apple's instructions if you need to remove it.
